1. Topographical Survey

We obtain copies of your deed and your neighbours lands together with copies of any nearby plans of survey. We establish 2 geodetic benchmarks. We find and measure between the nearby corner bars. We plant and confirm an iron bar on all 4 property corners. We relate the important improvements to the limits together with the adjacent dwellings. We collect all topographical data from the centreline of the road to 3 metres beyond all property limits. We prepare a sketch showing the above results. We can give you 4 paper copies or e-mail the digital file to your architect.
2. Surveyor's Real Property Report (SRPR)


We obtain copies of your deed and your neighbours lands together with copies of any nearby plans of survey. At the site we find and measure between the nearby corner bars. We plant or confirm an iron bar is on all of your property corners. We relate the improvements to the limits. We prepare a plan showing our results. You will receive 4 copies of this plan together with a written report identifying points of interest.
3. Reference Plan (51R-)


We obtain copies of your deed and your neighbours lands together with copies of any nearby plans of survey. At your site, we find and measure between the nearby corner bars. Typically for a severence, we prepare a sketch for the Committee of Adjustment. We set iron bars on all of your property corners, new and old. We determine the 2 co-ordinates for the province. We prepare a registered plan showing the results. You will receive 6 copies of this plan.
Trip #1 - Find and Tie in Property Bars 


A registered plan of subdivision is a legal document illustrating the division of lands. A registered plan of subdivision shows:
The exact survey boundaries and dimensions of lots on which houses or buildings are to be built
The location, width and names of streets
- The sites of any schools, parks or other uses within the plan. 
A registered plan of subdivision creates new, separate parcels of land and can be legally used for the sale of lots.
